How long does it take to ship goods?
Expedition is processed within 24 hours of the payment of your order in our e-shop. For custom production, the expedition is processed after production, material modification and invoice payment (unless paid in advance).

What are the payment options?
Payment can be made in advance using a bank account, for more efficient processing you can use credit card payment. Cash on delivery is possible for Czech customers. Upon receipt of the material, you can pay by cash or credit card.

What carriers do we use?
Your order is always carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. In the case of larger quantities, the consignment is sent on pallets which are carefully wrapped with stretch film and tightened with a tape for safe transport.

How do we prepare your shipment?
LA LINEA s.r.o. uses DPD, TNT and DHL are contractual partners for transporting shipments. From our expedition to the aforementioned courier you can be sure that your shipment will arrive on time and the parcel will be ok.
