Thanks to its durability and easy maintenance, it boasts truly versatile use. They are washable, water-repellent, and perfect for both interior and exterior use. You will appreciate their use, especially in the kitchen, where thanks to their special treatment you will avoid stains from food and liquids. And what are we writing about here now? Well, about our coated fabrics, which are becoming increasingly popular.
Acrylic in the leading role
We apply an acrylic coating to cotton canvas or cotton twill. However, in order to preserve the structure of the cotton from the reverse side of the fabric and to prevent the acrylic agent from penetrating through it, the fabric undergoes a hydrophobic treatment before application. Thanks to this, the coating remains only on the front side, creating a flexible, waterproof, and pleasant material.
Sustainability and easy care
The fabric with acrylic coating is easily washable with water and does not need to be washed. If it is really necessary, do not use a temperature higher than 30 °C, do not fold the fabric into the drum, and choose a gentle program. With proper handling, it can last up to 20 wash cycles. Ironing is also possible, but only on the reverse side and at a very low temperature, up to 150 °C. Thanks to the fact that the fabric has great color fastness even in adverse weather conditions, it will reward you with a long lifespan if handled correctly.
PVC fabric protection
With the help of PVC protection, a coated fabric is created, which is smooth to the touch and does not retain the textile structure like the one treated with acrylic. It can be in both matte and glossy versions. It is extremely resistant to water and dirt, easy to clean, and ideal for tablecloths and other textiles that come into contact with drinks and food. Working with it is also easy, and it doesn't fray at all.
