Custom fabric printing — from demand to implementation

Can't get a fabric exactly to your liking? Do you own a small textile store and would you like to launch your own unique collection? With our custom fabric printing, your visions can become reality. Let's take a look at the whole process together from the first thought, through the demand to the finished original fabric.

 Idea and demand

You're at the point where you have a specific idea of a pattern in your head. You are thinking about different options, materials, colors and you need a partner to help you realize everything. Take the first step and write us a custom fabric demand. If you are proficient in graphics, to speed up the whole process, you can create a theme in a graphics program yourself. The parameters of the graphic treasures that we will need can be found below in the paragraph below.  Otherwise, of course, nothing happens and you just need to send us pictures, photographs, sketches, or pieces of fabric or clothing with a given motif and instructions on exactly how you imagine your pattern. We offer the opportunity to pay for the work of our skilled graphic designers and thus have your theme transformed into a professional design.

Parameters of the graphic elements of your theme:

• Graphic files in PSD or TIFF format.
• Color depth of the image 8 bit.
• A resolution of at least 300 DPI.
• Indication of the actual physical size of the final print in centimeters (in the case of prints across the entire width of the fabric — panels, indicating whether the pattern should be printed over or between the fixed edges of the fabric).
• To achieve the closest possible color result, it is recommended to send Pantone color codes/color template (there is always a difference between the color on the monitor and the color on the fabric, so there may be a deviation).
• In RGB color mode.
• The pattern must follow.

Quantity

Printing can be realized up to 160 cm wide. The minimum quantity for digital and rotary printing is 120 m per colour variation. In the case of staining, it is 300 m per color. But if the minimum quantity does not suit you, we will be happy to negotiate with you and find a common way.

Material

Of course, we will not leave you in the lurch even in the choice of material. So that you can see everything in detail, we will send you a sample of fabrics completely free of charge and advise you with the choice. Most often we print on 100% cotton fabrics such as satin, linen, poplin, twill, but also on 100% linen, linen with cotton, linen with lyocell and also on materials with an admixture of elastane, which are in great demand in fashion.

Coloring

We have tuned the theme to your satisfaction, we already have the material selected and it is the turn of color matching. Now it's time for us to detail everything. By patterning, we will try different color variations when printing the fabric and together with you we will choose the best option.

Final version of your own personalized fabric

Now the cards are in our hands. With the combination of modern technology and our experience in manufacturing, your vision materializes and the fabric is imprinted. We will then pack it carefully and deliver it to you.
