History
The company was founded in 1993 as a successor to the original TIBA a.s. printing plant. The printing house in Dvůr Králové nad Labem, located 120 km northeast of the capital city of Prague, was founded by Julius Löwenbach in 1928 as a bleaching and processing factory for cotton fabrics. Over the years, production has grown into a fully equipped printing, dyeing and processing plant.
After the Velvet Revolution and the end of the socialist era, La Linea became part of the Swiss Textile Group - Mr. Elard Maron, at that time the owner of several full-fledged plants such as Mileta, Erba, Lautex and many others. All companies focus on cotton fabrics.
At the beginning of the 21st century, with the closure of the Heberlein AG Swiss printing house in Wattwill, the entire technology and its know-how was redirected from Switzerland to the Czech Republic. Thanks to this, today's production lines guarantee customers the shortest delivery times and a consistently reliable quality standard. La Linea's main aim is to be known as a flexible and individual approach customer-oriented supplier of cotton fabrics.
